Our history

Magill & Co Ltd was formed by Robin Magill in the spring of 1989 as an Independent Financial Advice company.

Robin pursued a vision to offer clients a comprenensive service based on advice.

Magill & Co Ltd put in place procedures and a philosophy of looking at clients goals and considering all of their needs ensuring accurate and prioritised advice was always given.

Even in 1989 , before much of todays regulation, the company held Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect its clients and offered a fee service for advice rather than relying on commissions.

This far sighted fair approach has been key in ensuring the companies success in a competitive market place.

To day Magill & Co Ltd still holds the same values putting client service and advice first to deliver a tailor made plan to help clients achieve their goals in life.
